You can download the file at:

You can use poEdit or LoKalize to edit the file. Make sure to use UTF-8
as encoding.

There is a mailing list for the translators. You can subscribe and see
the archives at http://mailman.videolan.org/listinfo/translators

When you have done some progress you can put the file online and send
the url to the mailing list or you can send me the file.
