[vlc-devel] Cross-Compiling Error - C compiler cannot create executables

The problem is solved.

That is because my arm-mingw32ce-gcc compiler does not work. I downloaded
the latest version Mingw32CE cegcc_mingw32ce_cygwin1.7_r1399.tar.bz2 and add
the libmpfr1 for cygwin.
