[vlc-devel] 0.9.x update notification

This is just a short mail to tell you that xtophe and /me have been
working on fixing the update mechanism for all 0.9.x versions of VLC on
Windows.

Now, all the 0.9.x version should see 1.0.5 updates when doing an update
check on Windows.

1.0.0 and 1.0.1 will see a special notification explaining the bug and
telling them to update by hand.
