This is the second part of Fabio's work during GSoC '09.
I'm sorry I haven't been able to commit/push before saturday. Without this 
patch, Lua SDs don't exist (which means the first patch would be useless).

I don't know what to do about the Lua scripts:
* What scripts do we ship?
* When do we merge them?

We have replacements for Shoutcast (shout.c), but for some "legal" reasons we 
may well not ship shoutcast anymore at all (within the official VLC package of 
course).
