In my opinion: I would let specify the category within lua scripts (instead
of putting all lua SD under Internet), but only the preexisting categories,
not new custom ones. Otherwise the purpose of this patch, which is to tidy
things up, may be broken again, as we may end up with as many categories as
SD items...
If need shows up, we may always add a category to the core API later.
