[vlc-devel] commit: Remove libsysfs code ( Rémi Denis-Courmont )

After discussing with Felix, I suspect DRMS is more of a blunder than a
feature. It is unmaintained, it is not clear if it still works, and it
could be misinterpreted (as supporting piracy - yeah I know it can only
decrypt what the user bought).

Should we not remove this nowadays?
