Yes, it is originally a feature request for new commands (reset to
normal rate, to normal display size, to normal volume).

In the comments attached to this trac, ipkiss gives good reasons
why reusing play/pause may be more desirable than creating a new
command for resetting rate.

But, probably, this trac entry should remain opened, because the
original
demand is still valid.
