Well, that is exactly the issue.

Lunettes will probably not be ready or lacking many functions to replace
VLC.
And the mac OS GUI is still broken for 1.1 and noone is really working
on it.

We need people to fix the 1.1 GUI to be usable, but not necessarly
fixing it in a clean way.
