Hi jb,

 Right. As discussed a while ago, a dialog with a connection to the vlc
skins website would be nicer.
I have a mock-up, but it needs more work.
 
  This patch is just a fix for the time being. (This list in 'Select
skins' not in sync with the chosen skins
 was kind of pitiful)
