[vlc-devel] Can't use negative coords to position vlc on left monitor

setting video-x=-1024 does not put VLC on the left monitor.  My Second
monitor is to the left of my primary monitor, but there's no way to
position VLC on the left monitor in the config file.  OIt seems if I
set any negative number it uses it as a default value.  I can
understand treating -1 as a default, but not any negative number.

Ya, I know, It's open source, it's noone elses problem, so I should fix it.
