[vlc-devel] Feature Freeze for The Luggage

Hello,

As announced during the VDD, the Feature Freeze for VLC 1.1 is going to
happen soon: next friday, 5th February at 23:59 after the beer Event in FOSDEM.

This is a feature freeze, so all include/, src/ and main modules changes
without approval might get reverted.

We will try to follow with a String Freeze on Feb 17th.
