Thanks for explanation again, although I'd like to make it clear that I am
aware of what you wrote and have studied the VLC's core-to-Qt signal
mechanisms. What I meant is, maybe some variable callback involved in that
crash was not posting an event to Qt's main loop.
Anyway... the particular case is to be examined...
