For the record, this behaviour of opening all video tracks is not specific
to opening local ASF files.
VLC does exactly the same thing with properly formated 3GPP file with
multiple video track and the exclusion information.

I might have to add an other ticket in track for the 3GPP version of the
problem.

I just want to make sure it is clear that beyond the ASF bug, there is
something missing in the GUI to properly handle multiple video track.

PS: At first, I was told that it was a feature for VLC to open every video
track... but when it was clear that there were excluding information in the
file, then it became a bug.
