[vlc-devel] [Patch] transcode: Don't crash when something went wrong with the video filters chain

Hi,

Actually, when a the video filter chain returns a NULL picture, this
picture is used as if it was correct, thus crashing vlc.
This patch corrects it.
(This patch is actually based upon vlc-1.1. If required, i will rebase
it for master)
