It's not a muxers. The object interface is totally different.

Some people are sloppy and added codecs in the wrong directory (e.g. ASS).

They're different kinds of modules. muxers and packetizers are not in
stream_output either.

Technically, it is not a GUI as it does not depend on a UI framework, just
like DBus.
