Proposal 2:
#       renamed:    subtitles/subsass.c -> subsass.c
#       renamed:    subtitles/subsdec.c -> subsdec.c
#       renamed:    subtitles/subsdec.h -> subsdec.h
#       renamed:    subtitles/subsusf.c -> subsusf.c
#       renamed:    subtitles/t140.c -> t140.c
