hmmm, I tried to backport this in 1.1, and I got even more invalid vlm
files.
I got the rtsp url as an option...

Example :
new test broadcast enabled
setup test input "rtsp"
setup test output tototoot
setup test option //111.1/test

I can't test master right now but I suspect this commit is wrong.
