[vlc-devel] [PATCH] Improved large-playlist handling within http-interface

http-interface:
- Fixes load failure with large playlist.
- Improved display of large playlist.
- Eliminates http server load on playlist entry change: no longer
re-requests playlist.xml.

This is my first contribution to VLC.. so, apologies in advance if I'm not
following the submission process correctly.

To the point.. This fixes and improves the http-interface for
large-playlists.. testing verified in IE7 & Firefox 3.5.
