[vlc-devel] VLC - Czech localization

Hello developers,

I'm student from Czech republic. I study masters program Open informatics at
Czech technical university (CTU). Under one objective I should cooperate on
some opensource project. I've decided to help with Czech localization - it's
been translated 50% so I try to translate the rest. I've sent email to Tomáš
Chvátal, who made current translation, for disclosing information.

My question is, could I translate the rest ? Could you give me some info and
tips?
