[vlc-devel] Configuration process fails on MAC OSX 10.6

Hello,

 

I am following the OSXCompile procedure on the VLC wiki and try to
compile VLC on MAC OSX 10.6 (Intel platform). The contrib. part went
well and so is the bootstrap on the VLC. When I run the './configure' I
am getting the following error: "/..../extras/contrib/lib/libmad.dylib,
file is not of the required architecture. 

I am not using the x86_64... flag since I am building for 32 bit
platform (but either way it fails).
