I'm sorry, I still don't get how this makes that point. I read the
subtitles demux too, right. The main difference is that here it is
raw text, generated on the fly, and with no other timing information
than the time when it is typed in. This doesn't work with the access
layer. Full point. So do you suggest that we should put the blame on my
use-case for just not fitting in VLC?
