[vlc-devel] [PATCH] Increase maximum allowed upnp response size.

In mediatomb + mythtv upnp shares, many containers have many more entries
than a 16k (default) packet can fit.
256k seems large enough to fit almost all that is required.
(This is also required in 1.1.x, 1.0.x etc)
