[vlc-devel] get_fps always return zero

I think there is not any problem in files, because i can get the real
fps values with mplayer.
Also in my VLC Player 1.0.2, i see the real fps value in media information.
Is there a problem in 1.0.5 version, also what do you mean by fixing
format plugin?
Should i change the code or use format plugins from older versions?
