My assumption is/was that files itself cause some kind of problems for
demuxer. It might be demuxer bug, or problem in files itself. At least
avformat demuxer avoids the issue.

AFAIK the demux isn't marked as safe option, so changing demuxer in plugin
environment isn't possible.
