[vlc-devel] [PATCH] Do not load service discovery on startup

In the QT4 interface the service discovery loaded into the playlist at
startup - is unavailable
(Only ->p_playing and ->p_media_library are directly accessed). Since
it is already loaded, it is impossible for the menus available (ie
Local Network->UPNP) to load UPNP and SAP (as they are already
loaded).

Depending on how other modules work, it would probably be better not
to start up SD on startup.
