	Hello,

This is a gentle reminder that the current libvpx is not compatible with the 
GNU General Public License version 2, that VLC uses. In practice, you can 
compile VLC with libvpx, but you are not legally entitled to distribute the 
resulting binaries to any third party.

Please remove any GPLv2 VLC binary including libvpx from distribution. 
Otherwise, you may be prosecuted for copyright infringement.

Upgrading the VLC license to GPL version 3 might solve the problem. However 
the FSF has not confirmed (to my knowledge) whether this is compatible or not 
this far. So I would advise you don't do that until further notice.
