[vlc-devel] [PATCH]Qt UI fix and Skins2 factorization

Hello,

Since I still don't have Internet access at home (thank to Bouygues
telecom "first on customer service") and I don't have SSH access at
work, could someone review/apply these two patches?

The first activates the native folder opening dialog in Qt. It will
look better on Windows (but it's a matter of taste), but I don't know
about Mac OS. Other platforms are not affected.

The second removes a few calls to LoadLbirary and GetProcAddress in
Skins2, because we don't need them to support Windows since version
2000.
