[vlc-devel] Please us this to solve #3950 (Font cache is constantly rebuilt)

This did really solve the problem for me and now have the following
font cache in that directory:
ef9c9ad8cc5857eb63cb3660bc8bd202-i686.cache-3

VLC happily created it and is reading from it now and then.

However, this is not a solution for the rest of the world because
without "Process Monitor" it is hard to guess that VLC will not follow
the %appdata% and how it will invent a location.
