To compile Qt4 interface on MacOS:
 - cd extras/contrib/src && make .qt4_mac && cd -
 - open the .dmg and install Qt
 - ./configure --enable-qt4 --build=x86_64-apple-darwin10 (or adapt)
 - cd modules/gui/qt4 && make
