ok, is anyone still working on vlc for windows CE anyway?

binaries get installed in $DESTDIR/$prefix
We could skip installing and copy the dll from src/.libs though but i
think installing is nicer.

Also I noticed that some images are installed in $prefix/share, what is
the bug:
- that they are installed?
- that we don't package them in win32 installer?
