[vlc-devel] Is it OK to use multicat recording to attach to a ticket

Hello,

We are a bit stuck with a little anoyance we found in VLC (
http://trac.videolan.org/vlc/ticket/3794).

It seems hard to test and reproduce without access to the multicast stream.

I was wondering if adding a "multicat" recording of the RTP stream (and
timing information) was the recommended way to document the ticket.

Is it the typical format for recording a stream? What else?
