[vlc-devel] glibc version error message

Hi,

Is there a reason why we can see "LibVLC has detected an unusable buggy GNU/libc
version [...]" even if vlc was compiled with --disable-nls ?
In this case abort() is skipped, but not the error message.
Can I apply the attached patch ?
