[vlc-devel] [Patch] Allow static building for third party libvlc client

Hello,

This is the kind of Hack being used in vlc-ios to get static building.

I am sure there will be some of objection and nicer or much more
complex thing to do, but this gets the advantages of being small and
efficient.

First patch is about the build system, the second one is about libvlc.
