Personally I quite strongly disagree with this interpretation, although I don't think legalspeak myself. The USAGE RULES simply seems to state the limitations imposed by the iTunes DRM, hence the words "you shall be able to". I haven't had time to read fully this set of rules yet, but at least in the snippets j-b copied, it didn't say storing it into more than five different accounts would be illegal. It simply stated you shall be _able_ to store it into up to five accounts.

I seriously hope even in legalese words "able" and "allowed" have a difference.
