Just use this:
C:\vlc-1.1.0-win32>vlc -I skins2
--skins2-last=c:\vlc-1.1.0-win32\skins\default2.vlt
It should load skins default2.vlt
For some reason any skins must be installed in the vlc/skins directory...
Weird it is, it crashes if the skins file is not found.
