[vlc-devel] easier access to debug messages?

Hi all.  With a recent build of mine of VLC (mingw), whenever I run it
it immediately crashes and asks if I want to "send a bug report to the
developer's team"

it might be nice to have a button there like "see what information is
being sent" so that users have a feel if it's too invasive or not, and
also so that developers like myself can see the information more
easily.
