Hi,

This set of patches comes from the iOS work, related to the contribs. They are not directly dependent on each other.

Basically the allow to live with contrib for different distro/cpu/target within a same tree, like regular Mac OS X, iPhone OS armv7 target, iPhone Simulator i386... etc.

I plan to apply this, if there is no strong objection.
