[vlc-devel] [PATCH] Fix TTA inaccurate time seeking (ticket #3754)

Couldn't reproduce timeline jumps on any sample, including that particular one.

I've created a file similar to that which is referenced in the ticket thread http://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=77852 : 2 minutes of full-scale white noise (dd'ed from /dev/urandom; warning, it's LOUD) followed by 2 minutes of digital silence. Seeking this one is seriously weird on an unpatched vlc.
