Unfortunately, after double-checking the upstream diff, it appears
that my patch will be a no-op on KDE because the attribute
WA_TranslucentBackground is enforced by the theme...

So this is our options:
- Keep as-is and break the behavior on Gnome and probably other WM
(not a valid option)
- Remove the WindowStaysOnTopHint from the windowFlags: this works for
some of us but someone complained yesterday that the controller was
not visible
- Remove the whole ifdef block and advise people to wait until KDE
4.6.2 is shipped for them or to not use the KDE default theme (oxygen)

I think the last option is probably the way to go.
