Everything that is not a disc or encoder related library.

Say, jpeg, subtitles, weird codecs ..

Here are the option i use for android:

    --disable-sout
    --disable-disc
    --disable-caca
    --disable-gecko
    --disable-goom
    --disable-SDL_image
    --disable-gnutls
    --disable-lua
    --disable-libxml2
    --disable-gcrypt
    --disable-gme
    --disable-mpcdec
    --disable-ass
    --disable-freetype2
    --disable-zvbi
    --disable-fontconfig
    --disable-fribidi
    --disable-kate
    --disable-fluid
    --disable-sidplay2
    --disable-gettext
    --disable-schroedinger
    --disable-libmpeg2

White listing would be more reliable
