[vlc-devel] [PATCH] Qt4: Add option to show system tray notifications when VLC is visible

Hi all:

The attached patch will add an option to show system tray notifications 
when VLC is visible (see http://trac.videolan.org/vlc/ticket/5041). This 
will help some users who may wish to show popup notifications all the 
time, e.g. when using virtual desktops.
