[vlc-devel] Patch Submission

 Hi everybody, I am new to this list, but not new to open source
development.  I have fixed a long standing bug with the transcode module
not handling non-integer fps settings correctly.  The problem exists on
all versions of VLC.  My question is who should I work with to see what
I can do to submit the patch.

Also, is there anyway to search the archive of this list?  I am working
on fixing up the MPEG2 TS muxer as well.  It will be great if I can
search through the list.
