[vlc-devel] thermal vision video filter?

I created mockup version of thermal vision video filter (predator
effect). Since this is not one of "standard" video filters someone will
use, I'm asking should I continue working on it and send it as a patch
here. I'm not going to work on it if community thinks this is
unnecessary for VLC to have.
