I think it doesn't include such libraries. As far as I've seen on normal
VLC, we don't have yet LGPLv3 dependencies...

There have the scripts to build the binaries, and the binaries before
submission are on our ftp.
What happens after that is beyond my understanding yet.

Cydia support has been added to the source repository.

I plan to ask clarifications from SFLC and Apple (although I might ask
God and he might answer faster than Apple)
