Unfortunately your ticketing system only allows a 256kb upload.  I really
wanted to somehow be able to send you a copy of the file in question to
assist you in helping me.  However it is 665Mb.  Is there someway this can
be achieved? "This" refers to that file - the .ts file fro the Humax HDR of
the ticket title. Since I could not attach the file, I had hoped you would
contact me and ask further questions.

I trust this defines "this" sufficiently for you to be able to converse
further with me as to how we may together progress this issue.
