[vlc-devel] [PATCH] add direct3d-backbuffer-scale

I guess the right thing to do would be to resize the backbuffer according to
the display surface in real time, but i don't have know enough about
direct3d  to do this.
Maybe it's easy to do, ivoire ?

It's a minor issue which concerns only a few people, so i propose a small
harmless patch :p
