[vlc-devel] Deinterlacer broken, possibly a PTS issue - any ideas?

Yes, Linux.

Tested. Looking at 60i effects, it's still not completely smooth, but
the result seems similar with the deinterlacer on and off, so probably
this particular issue doesn't happen with x11.
