Then why do ACCESS_CAN_PAUSE and ACCESS_CAN_CONTROL_PACE return true?

I need this change *because* the server will disconnect the client once 
the buffers get full. Timeshift is a way to avoid this problem.
Or do you ask why I modified es_out_timeshift.c?
