Hi All,
PFA patch for fixing bug in creation of AVI file.

Details of the FIX:
In case of AVI, HDRL LIST size incorrectly included (a) Size of some parts
of MOVI list (namely tag, size and 'movi' listType) (b) size taken by hdrl
LIST tag and its size (c) Size of 'RIFF', File size and 'AVI ' type. Due to
this bug, file created by AVI mux was not being played by most players
include Windows Media Player.
