[vlc-devel] VLC ActiveX ported to Visual Studio 2008

Cygwin no needed anymore.
To compile vc-axvlc you will need only 3 things:
1. sources from http://code.google.com/p/vc-axvlc/
2. visual C++ 2008 (I think other versions will work too, but will need
create сorresponding projects - it's not difficult)
3. VLC distribution (not source, distribution will be enough)
